Responsibilities:
Answer technical support calls from our customers, assign ticket severity, prioritize work accordingly, and collaborate with other staff members and vendor support resources to resolve issues and provide the customer with a high-quality experience according to company standards.
This role may require visits/driving to the customer to help resolve their issues.
The Right Candidate will have:
Valid driver's license and insurable driving recordExperience working in a ticket queue system; ticket management, strong documentation skillsDemonstrated understanding of networking technologiesMicrosoft Professional Certification is preferredExceptional customer service skillsKnowledgeable working in an Active Directory network environmentThe ability to troubleshoot the following.
Printers, Workstations, Email, scannersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Positive can do attitude.
Passion for teamwork and continuing education/developmentExperience with Dell, SonicWALL, FortiGate, Ubiquiti, Office 365, Servers, Screen Connect, experience with PBX, VOIP, and Microsoft Hyper-V technologies is a PLUSAbout the Company:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
