Career Connections is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the Windham area.
Responsibilities include:
Assist sales channel with preparation of product & service quotations
Assist Engineering with procurement of equipment, materials & services to support production
Engage with supply chain to ensure cost, quality, & delivery objectives are met
Prepare & submit purchase orders, and monitor delivery status of stock required for inventory & high profile production needs
Receive purchased stock & manage inventory
Receive customer purchase orders & generate corresponding sales orders
Assist with production work orders, kitting, and scheduling
Coordinate customer warranty & return authorization requests
General Administration:
Arrange meetings & conference rooms
Coordinate travel arrangements
Assist with account payables, receivables
Maintain customer contact database
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Experience with Sage100 Enterprise Planning System is preferred. Bachelors degree is preferred. Background check is required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
